User Accounts for Full-Time and Adjunct Faculty, Staff, and Students are created by I. T. personnel or AD Manager as requested by the immediate supervisor or BANNER Student Information System. Email addresses are created for Full-Time and Adjunct Faculty, Staff, and Students as requested by the immediate supervisor or BANNER Student Information System. Personnel assigned a PC/Workstation may access email via the Microsoft Outlook client of Outlook Web Access (O365 Webmail). Personnel without an assigned PC/Workstation and Adjunct Faculty may access email via Outlook Web Access (O365 Webmail). Persons with active user accounts may use the SMARTWeb portal, to gain access to the following systems: BannerWeb (registration, financial aid information, unofficial transcripts, Anthology (end of course evaluations), DegreeWorks (program/course completion audit software), and email.
