The Augusta Technical College Information Technology Department offers various services to faculty, staff, and students. These services include user account creation and support (i.e. password assistance), hardware and software support of college-owned equipment, and various other services.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enrollment
In the interest of Cyber Security and your account, Augusta Tech is rolling out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) . This means that when you access various school provided applications (i.e. - e-mail, Blackboard, etc.) you will need to verify your identity by means of a device that you have access to, in order to run a verification. This device is most commonly a cell phone. MFA is an extra layer of security designed to ensure that you are the only person that can access your Augusta Tech IT account, even if your password is stolen.
To begin go to the Okta login page and sign in using your Augusta Tech email and password. If you need assistance, please contact IT using one of the methods below.
